Baseline: 2 stocktakes/month, 2 people, 4 hours each, at $32/hr. Typical venues counting more often see more back.

Who is Hosti for?
NZ and Australian hospitality — cafés, restaurants, bars, event venues, bakeries, short-format events, and anyone who buys food or drink to sell. One governed stocktake system for the house.
What’s included in the free trial?
Full access for three completed stocktakes (counted per department) or 30 days, whichever comes first. No card required. When the trial ends, your account goes read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout for New Zealand customers.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime via the dashboard. Access continues to the end of the current billing cycle, then becomes read-only. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Annual plans are generally non-refundable except where law requires.
Do you sell subscriptions in the mobile apps?
Hosti subscriptions and add-ons are managed in the web app. The mobile apps do not offer in-app purchases.
Is this another POS inventory module?
No. Hosti is the dedicated mobile stocktake layer for venues stuck on clipboards, master sheets, or POS modules they already hate. Unbundled on purpose.
Do I need special hardware?
Phone or tablet. No proprietary terminal required to start counting, and the count keeps working offline after first login. iOS and Android apps are available after signup.
